Michael Kors seeks a Part-Time Sales Supervisor (Men's) in Leesburg, VA — supervise store team, coach styling, and drive sales at the Leesburg Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales associates to deliver consistently elevated customer service and meet individual and store sales targets.
- Support upper management in executing sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive results.
- Perform and oversee key opening, closing and operational procedures to ensure store readiness and compliance.
- Develop team product knowledge and styling techniques; cultivate long-term customer relationships through clienteling.
- Delegate tasks and manage daily workflow while demonstrating flexibility and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Model brand standards, visual presentation and customer engagement behaviours on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury apparel or accessories.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak retail days.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform routine merchandising and POS tasks.
- Preferred: demonstrated clienteling capability, prior supervisory experience, and a strong interest in mentoring and developing sales talent.

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; prior supervisory or team-lead responsibility preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or an associate degree in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred.
