Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, follow-up and clienteling activities
- Execute day-to-day store operations including merchandise replenishment, visual standards and loss-prevention procedures
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising available technology and company tools (e.g., buy online/pick up in store workflows)
- Collaborate with store management to identify promotional and selling opportunities and optimise personal sales performance
- Maintain product knowledge of current trends, collections and styling techniques to advise customers effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred
- Proven ability to engage and sell to a diverse clientele with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs, including weekends, holidays and peak retail dates
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role: stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, reach, bend and handle merchandise

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or premium lifestyle retail, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
