Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and superior clienteling.
- Deliver elevated customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain an organized client book.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and keep abreast of fashion and market trends.
- Manage post‑sale customer needs including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet sales goals in a retail or luxury environment (preferred).
- Strong clienteling and customer service orientation with effective problem‑resolution skills.
- Comfortable handling POS transactions, cash handling and basic register operations.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to maintain visual merchandising and stockroom standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; dependable attendance.
