Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through elevated levels of service and proactive selling
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; manage and grow a personal client book
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of merchandise and current fashion trends to advise clients
- Execute post-sale follow-up tasks including shipping arrangements, alterations coordination and special requests to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a well-merchandised, stocked and visually polished selling floor
- Support inventory control, receiving, shipping paperwork and participate in store inventories
- Comply with Point-of-Sale procedures, company policies, time & attendance rules and loss-prevention protocols
- Attend required training, meetings and development programs as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver high levels of customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated clienteling ability
- Comfortable operating POS systems and executing register functions
- Reliable work attendance and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Education
