Michael Kors is hiring a Part-Time Sales Assistant in Lawrenceville, NJ (Quakerbridge Mall) to deliver exceptional customer service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an engaging in-store experience by greeting and advising customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor
- Process POS transactions accurately and create a memorable client experience
- Balance operational tasks across store functions, including replenishment, markdowns and stock handling
- Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness throughout the day
- Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology
- Prioritize and multitask to meet individual and store productivity targets
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with a demonstrable ability to sell and deliver excellent service
- Energetic, motivated and able to act as a brand ambassador
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and ability to meet productivity goals
- Comfortable using retail technology and POS systems; able to adopt omni-channel workflows

Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred but not required; entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related training preferred.
