Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, personalised client experience aligned with Michael Kors’ brand standards, cultivating client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and effective cross‑selling.
- Maintain impeccable operational and visual standards on the sales floor and at the point of sale, ensuring merchandise presentation reflects the brand image.
- Perform daily retail tasks including POS transactions, stock handling, replenishment and basic inventory control.
