Michael Kors is hiring an Outlet Store Manager in Orange, CA to lead store operations, drive omni-channel sales and develop a high-performing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a retail team to deliver an elevated client experience and meet sales objectives.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent, creating a high-performing, customer-focused store culture.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and merchandising standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven store manager experience with leadership accountability in a retail environment.

- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of progressive store management experience in retail; luxury, outlet or fashion retail background preferred with demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Orange, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
