Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business analysis to track sell‑through, identify trends and uncover assortment opportunities that increase sales and profitability for the outlet e‑commerce business.
- Define and prioritize strategic merchandising classifications and sub‑categories; develop and execute assortment plans in partnership with Digital Marketing, E‑commerce and Planning teams.
- Manage open‑to‑buy and seasonal financial planning with Planning and Buying partners to meet sales and margin objectives.
- Conduct regular merchandising performance reviews, diagnose gaps against targets, and propose corrective action (reorders, promotions, pricing and assortment shifts).
- Partner with Store Merchants and wholesale/global teams to influence pricing, messaging and product extensions for outlet channels.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure seasonal assets, website features, email and influencer strategies align with product and business goals.
- Prepare ongoing selling hindsight analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal cadence and communicate business needs to senior management.
- Participate in Outlet Market activities to protect and grow the channel; establish best practices and scalable processes for a growing outlet e‑commerce business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4+ years of progressive experience in e‑commerce merchandising or buying with accountable P&L/assortment responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong analytical aptitude paired with creative problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environment and to influence cross‑functional partners.

Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in e‑commerce merchandising or buying, with direct responsibility for assortment strategy, open‑to‑buy execution and financial analysis in a retail or outlet environment. Proven track record working with planning, digital marketing and creative teams to drive sales and margin.
