Role & Responsibilities
- Generate weekly selling reports and business analysis to track selling, identify key trends, maximize opportunities, and minimize liabilities to achieve continued growth and profitability
- Maintain assortment sheets, pricing/conversion files, process markdowns, reconcile on-order inventory, and manage samples
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate monthly floorset details, markdowns, promotions, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs)
- Work closely with planning and allocations teams to execute merchandising strategy on a door-by-door basis and maximize assortments
- Foster and leverage cross-functional relationships across Digital, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Global Merchandising to create business opportunities
- Communicate and partner with vendors on order placement and product maintenance
- Execute product knowledge and buy information distribution to retail stores
- Conduct analysis and prepare selling hindsight to identify opportunities in the assortment; attend and actively participate in market weeks and enter all market orders
- Support Senior Buyer and Associate Buyer in executing successful new Men's Store openings
