Role & Responsibilities
- Generate weekly selling reports and perform business analysis to track performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize sales and margin for Outlet Footwear & Apparel.
- Maintain assortment sheets, pricing and conversion files; process markdowns, reconcile on‑order positions and manage samples.
- Communicate monthly floorset plans, promotions, markdowns and RTVs with cross‑functional partners and store teams.
- Collaborate with planning and allocations to execute door‑level merchandising strategy and maximize assortments by store.
- Partner with Digital, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Global Merchandising to leverage cross‑functional opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors on order placement and product maintenance; enter and manage market orders and product buy information.
- Deliver product knowledge and buy rationale to store teams and support market visits with analysis and selling hindsight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong Excel proficiency and comfortable with spreadsheet‑based analysis.
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work from the New York City office three days per week.
- Effective cross‑functional communication and vendor liaison skills.

Experience
1–3 years of merchandising, planning, buying support or retail commerce experience preferred; prior exposure to outlet or footwear/apparel assortments is advantageous.
