Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish and maintain merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring stock is presented to brand standards
- Perform stock checks for customers and to support sales associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual merchandising tasks and fitting-room flow
- Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and comply with POS policies and procedures
- Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner; assess needs and direct to the appropriate sales associate
- Support resolution of client questions, issues and complaints in partnership with sales colleagues
- Maintain sales floor, cash wrap and fitting-room housekeeping; unpack, hang/fold merchandise and secure security tags
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies and company sales procedures
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle stock (unpacking, hanging, folding)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred; experience in luxury or premium retail is an advantage but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
