Michael Kors seeks Manager, Identity & Access Management in East Rutherford, USA. Lead SailPoint IGA programs with 5+ years IAM experience and 3+ years in leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SailPoint roadmap including platform configuration, enhancements, and module adoption across the enterprise
- Lead delivery of IGA capabilities including access requests, automated provisioning, certifications, and policy enforcement
- Implement and optimize identity lifecycle automation integrating HRIS, directories, and target systems for consistent Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
- Establish and maintain access review cycles, role models, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls to enforce least privilege and role-based access control
- Oversee onboarding of new applications into SailPoint via connectors and APIs; collaborate with application teams to define entitlements and integration requirements
- Manage day-to-day IAM operations including incident management, change control, SLAs, and identify automation opportunities
- Develop and track KPIs including provisioning cycle time, certification completion, orphaned accounts, and policy violations
- Maintain audit and compliance readiness across SOX, SOC, PCI-DSS frameworks with remediation processes
- Lead and mentor team of IAM engineers and third-party support partners
- Serve as trusted advisor to IT, Security, HR, and Compliance leadership; communicate program metrics, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Hands-on experience delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions including workflows, provisioning, certifications, policies, and roles
- Strong understanding of RBAC, segregation-of-duties, lifecycle automation, and identity governance frameworks
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle), and enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Proven success working with compliance and audit requirements including SOX, ISO, SOC 2, PCI-DSS
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

5+ years of Identity & Access Management experience with minimum 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Demonstrated hands-on expertise delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions in enterprise environments. Proven track record of designing and implementing identity lifecycle automation, access governance frameworks, and compliance-driven controls at scale.
