Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise the e‑commerce packing machine in accordance with work instructions, safety policies and supplier training.
- Ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation of the packing machine and maintain optimal throughput.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and coordinate with the maintenance team for escalated repairs.
- Provide tier‑1 troubleshooting and on‑site first response for mechanical or operational faults.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, housekeeping and appropriate material supply to the machine at all times.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and maintenance teams, documenting interventions and outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate logbook of machine maintenance, incidents and corrective actions.
- Support the broader e‑commerce department on adjacent tasks during machine downtime or low workload periods.
Qualifications
- MBO level 4 (intermediate vocational education) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical production environment and/or as a machine/operator role.
- Technical aptitude with practical understanding of machine maintenance and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of WMi (either through internal use or external experience).
- Proficiency in English sufficient for operational communication and reporting.
- Structured, clean and methodical working style with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekend shifts when required.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a technical production or warehouse environment, preferably operating automated packing or packaging equipment.
Education
MBO level 4 (intermediate vocational education) or equivalent.
