Role & Responsibilities
- Manage logistics invoices: review, organize, reconcile discrepancies and liaise with vendors to confirm charges.
- Prepare and process material purchase orders; monitor order status and follow up with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate logistics data entry and collect information for internal reports and analysis.
- Organize and file import/export customs documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Support the logistics team with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide additional assistance during peak periods.
- Oversee domestic transportation operations for Capri Holdings goods, including import operations and customs clearance coordination.
- Assist with daily ERP system operations for each brand and support integration with 3PL/4PL providers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, assistant or operations support role within logistics or supply chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; strong email communication skills.
- Proven attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Business-level English proficiency is a plus.

Experience supporting logistics or supply-chain operations, including handling invoices, working with 3PL/4PL partners, assisting with import/export procedures and operating ERP systems. Prior administrative or operations support experience in a commercial environment is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in a logistics support role.
