Michael Kors is hiring a part-time Lifestyle Sales Associate in Oberhausen (Westfield Centro) — join the EMEA retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and drive sales through proactive client engagement and styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by applying persuasive selling techniques and leveraging product and trend knowledge.
- Execute daily retail operations including transactions on the POS, accurate cash handling, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of seasonal collections, fashion trends and styling techniques to inspire customers and support cross-selling.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Use available tools and technologies (clienteling and sales reporting) to build customer relationships and monitor results.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, support onboarding of new colleagues and uphold brand presentation and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales — evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to multitask across service, merchandising and transactional duties.
- Professional demeanour and ability to act as a credible brand ambassador for a global luxury label.
- English language proficiency (explicitly required); German language skills are desired.
- Motivated, technically literate approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to pursue personal development within Capri Holdings.
Experience
Relevant retail sales experience is required; prior experience within luxury, fashion or lifestyle retail is strongly preferred, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion, or sales is desirable but not mandatory.
