Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the in-store team to deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences both in-store and via virtual shopping channels.
- Support the store management team with onboarding, training and ongoing development to sustain a culture of accountability and performance.
- Manage client communication and clientelling activities using the company’s clientelling apps and CRM tools; proactively grow and maintain the client database.
- Set, communicate and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the sales floor; ensure all team members understand their contribution to store objectives.
- Act as keyholder for the Mall of Netherlands store: open/close procedures, cash handling, shift supervision and execution of security protocols.
- Promote and execute loss-prevention measures in partnership with store leadership; escalate and address operational or security concerns promptly.
- Utilise company communication platforms to action updates, follow through on tasks and maintain operational compliance.
- Support inventory control and visual merchandising standards to uphold brand presentation and product availability.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; prior supervisory or keyholder responsibility preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfortable with digital tools and clientelling technologies; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities and retail peak periods.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' retail experience, ideally including supervisory or keyholder duties in a high-volume, customer-centric store; demonstrable experience with clientelling and achieving sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
