Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and analyse regular trade reporting, highlighting performance movements, risks and opportunities with recommended actions
- Maintain and reforecast sales plans, WSSIs, inventory and OTB for designated Franchise partners
- Manage weekly new order screen reviews and identify replenishment opportunities to maximize sales and availability
- Support in-season trading activity including replenishment, stock flow, transfers, cancellations, markdowns and end-of-season sales
- Autonomously manage designated Partner WSSIs and propose in-season trading opportunities for Senior Planner approval
- Support market preparation through sales and OTB analysis, WSSI reviews, and range and assortment planning
- Maintain buying and market tools, reviewing orders against OTB and highlighting material variances
- Attend and lead meetings with selected Franchise partners using performance analysis to support discussions and identify opportunities
- Support monthly sales planning and forecasting for designated partners
- Collaborate with Product Planning, Sales, Buying, Operations, Logistics and VM teams
- Build strong relationships with Franchise partners through clear analysis and proactive communication
- Take ownership of designated partners, planning tools, reporting and actions, delivering accurately and on deadline
- Support and guide Planning Coordinators ensuring accurate data input and task completion
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across WSSIs, reporting, planning tools and partner data
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong commercial awareness with interest in luxury retail, consumer trends and product performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners

Experience
Previous experience in Planning, Merchandising, Buying, Allocation or a similar retail analytical role is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 42,000 to GBP 46,000 per annum.
