Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain Michael Kors brand voice across all mediums: website, outlet platform, marketing emails, CRM, and promotional campaigns
- Write and edit romance copy for landing pages, site banners, and shopping grid content
- Develop and execute Michael Kors Outlet copy strategy for email, website, and retail initiatives
- Streamline promotional event strategy and write copy for sales across digital and retail assets
- Craft engaging subject lines, headlines, and sub-copy for marketing email campaigns
- Create targeted copy for KORSVIP loyalty program communications
- Coordinate with project management and creative teams to meet deadlines and execute revisions for approval
