Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer account queries, escalating to Customer Service or Finance when resolution requires cross‑functional action.
- Extract and analyse sales data to support commercial decision‑making and share weekly ATS reports.
- Administer reorders, swaps and order tracking for Specialty Stores and support Key Account activity.
- Monitor payments, deliveries and post‑market follow up; ensure orders are entered accurately and by deadline.
- Organise and log market appointments in line with the Market Diary; present seasonal collections to assigned Specialty Stores and support Senior AEs on Key Account appointments.
- Prepare and distribute seasonal marketing assets and image requests; maintain customer contact lists and distribution mapping.
- Conduct competitive analysis for Women’s divisions and track seasonal sell‑out for key accounts.
- Support showroom operations including sample intake, logging and showroom setup; assist with training materials and Product Knowledge Packs.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; Russian is an advantage.
- Previous wholesale experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
- Solid understanding of wholesale operations, market appointments and post‑market processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communicator with aptitude for building internal and external relationships and adapting style to different audiences.

Previous experience working in wholesale—preferably within a premium or luxury fashion environment—with familiarity managing market appointments, account administration and cross‑functional collaboration.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, marketing or a related field preferred.
