Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, track and communicate status of global inbound shipments destined for North American distribution centers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage booking exceptions and updates within Origin Cargo Management (OCM) provider systems and coordinate daily follow‑ups with ocean, air and drayage carriers.
- Drive issue resolution with service providers and internal stakeholders to expedite receiving at Distribution Centers, partnering with Customs for documentation or import issues.
- Prepare, publish and present inbound transportation status reports and KPI performance; attend weekly inbound meetings and provide operational insights.
- Identify, propose and implement process improvements and best practices for import logistics and inbound transportation operations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant logistics or transportation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and adept at time management in a fast‑paced, self‑starter environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and KPI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and build relationships.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; prior apparel or footwear logistics experience.
