Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the full HR operational administration lifecycle for assigned countries: draft and issue employment contracts, letters and leaver documentation; track probation periods and contract renewals in compliance with local legislation; maintain personnel files and HRIS records for audit readiness.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll files in coordination with retail stores and the MK Payroll Team: track sick leave and holiday administration, calculate pro‑rata leave entitlements and balances, and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Review and validate Time and Attendance timesheets, verifying working hours and overtime rules against local law and company policy.
- Produce ad hoc and recurring regional reports containing employee data for Finance, Payroll, Retail Operations and other stakeholders.
- Support and implement regional HR projects, audits and process improvements to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence (London), regional HR Business Partners and senior leadership to deliver consistent, compliant HR services across the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR administration within a multi‑site, international organisation.
- Practical knowledge of Italian labour law and social security regulations.
- Excellent administrative, organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is advantageous.
- Proactive, service‑oriented approach with the ability to build remote relationships across field populations.

Experience
3–5 years of hands‑on HR administration experience in an international, multi‑site organisation, with direct exposure to payroll processes and familiarity with Italian employment law.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
