Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day HR services across assigned EMEA countries, managing employee enquiries through HR inboxes with empathy and timeliness.
  • Perform monthly payroll input activities and prepare payroll-related administration, including contract and offer production.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, offboarding, visa processes and GDPR subject access requests.
  • Maintain and audit HR systems data (T&A and Workday); participate in system implementation and data quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate occupational health requirements and local relationships with company doctors, arranging referrals and visits as requested by HRBPs.
  • Support benefits administration in partnership with the Total Rewards team and assist with local D&I and compliance reporting.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to simplify workflows and enhance the employee experience.
  • Provide ad-hoc facilities, IT and ID-creation support in markets without local HR teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR operations, HR services or a comparable HR role supporting multiple countries.
  • Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, local labour law compliance and data protection (GDPR).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation and high discretion handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to produce accurate reports and analyses.
  • Preferred: HR certification (e.g., CIPD) and proficiency with Workday.

Experience
