Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors ambassador, consistently delivering exceptional, on-brand customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication and follow-up using the stores clientelling apps and tools.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom presence, uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain product availability.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to advise customers confidently and convert interactions into sales.
- Collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to support store performance and meet sales objectives.
- Monitor business results, identify sales opportunities and proactively pursue revenue-driving activities.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for fashion with a strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate, inspire colleagues and contribute to team targets.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling tools and digital sales aids.
- Effective verbal communication; local language (Italian) preferred.

Previous experience in retail sales within a busy store environment is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred.
