Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team members to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
- Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class retail talent and foster team engagement
- Deliver operational excellence in all store processes including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance
