Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor fraud detection systems, alerts and reports; investigate flagged transactions and compile evidence for case resolution.
- Manage daily chargeback workflows including dispute submission, evidence collation and case follow-up across payment platforms.
- Analyze transactional and e-commerce data to detect suspicious patterns, reduce false positives and improve approval rates.
- Ensure data integrity across multiple sources and maintain high quality of alerting processes and databases.
- Produce operational reports and KPIs; transform metrics into actionable recommendations for fraud prevention.
- Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, payments, customer service and finance teams to implement prevention strategies.
- Perform linkage and reconciliation across transactional systems to support investigations and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four-year degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in e-commerce fraud prevention/detection, chargeback management, revenue assurance or related financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and experience using data automation or ETL tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access).
- Demonstrable ability to interpret large, complex datasets and produce data-driven recommendations.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce fraud prevention, chargeback dispute handling, or financial/business operations with direct involvement in transactional analysis and fraud case resolution.
Education
4-year degree (Bachelor’s) in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
