Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and cultivate long-term customer relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling.
- Supervise, coach and develop store sales staff, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures and management directives.
- Lead daily retail operations to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.
