Role & Responsibilities
- Manage North America retail store rent, occupancy, and capital expenditures, including preparation of financial budgets, monthly forecasts, and reporting
- Partner with the Accounting team and cross-functional partners to support the month-end close process
- Analyze North America retail store P&L and provide commentary on variances against budget, prior forecast, and prior year results
- Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability across retail store divisions
- Work cross-functionally with departments to manage and monitor expense line items
- Prepare and distribute store financials to Regional Directors and District Managers on a monthly basis
- Support the store proforma process, providing analysis on store performance and strategic inputs
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for senior executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance or accounting
- 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis
- Retail industry experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
