Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign and content briefs for email campaign types, coordinating with Buyers, Creative, Ecommerce, and Trade teams
- Design and optimise business processes around routine marketing emails, ensuring quality control standards and accounting for local language nuances across EMEA markets
- Analyse campaign results and performance trends on a weekly basis, delivering concise insights and actionable optimisation recommendations
- Configure, implement, and test dynamic content delivery and personalisation logic using the Dynamic Yield platform, including targeting rules and audience segmentation
- Drive SMS channel performance through strategic planning, audience segmentation, copy briefing, and execution of targeted on-demand messaging
- Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to review audience segmentation and targeting strategies for enhanced customer relevance
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear explanations of campaign outcomes and metrics
- Monitor industry best practices and competitor activity, identifying and testing fresh strategic ideas
- Manage the ESP platform, Oracle Responsys, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation
- Coordinate across multiple international departments and time zones, working alongside another Email Specialist and colleagues in North America
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in email marketing, preferably within fashion retail
- Hands-on expertise with email service providers (ESPs), particularly Oracle Responsys
- Demonstrated experience with personalisation platforms such as Dynamic Yield or equivalent
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distil complex data into clear recommendations
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional organisational and multi-tasking capabilities
