Michael Kors seeks an E-Commerce Project Coordinator to manage digital content, site merchandising, campaign, email and web production timelines across North American and EMEA markets. The role coordinates seasonal site updates, asset delivery, QA, localization and project workflows, and requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–1 years of relevant project or product management experience. Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines for content, site merchandising, creative, QA, digital marketing, email marketing and global web production teams, focusing on North American and EMEA markets.
  • Oversee project management for seasonal site refreshes and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Web Production team to develop and communicate seasonal timelines for site updates, ensuring teams are aligned on key dates.
  • Negotiate turnaround times for sales and promotional events requiring rapid execution.
  • Assist in project discovery to scope projects accurately, define requirements and establish success metrics.
  • Partner with Digital Content and Experience teams to align timelines with launch dates for special projects and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of site, digital and email assets.
  • Maintain project documentation to track e-commerce initiatives.
  • Plan and facilitate review sessions with creative and merchandising teams.
  • Lead QA processes with cross-functional teams and testing vendors.
  • Communicate with international partners to support localization for EMEA sites.
  • Manage asset updates, feature prioritization and site launches across digital marketing, retail marketing, email marketing and creative services teams.
  • Continuously improve processes for workload management and cross-team communication.
  • Manage JIRA workflows and timelines.
  • Manage Wrike timelines, brief submissions and cross-functional asset deliveries.
  • Track industry trends through competitive shopping and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
