Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to five department heads, including calendar management, travel coordination and expense reporting.
- Manage professional store photography assets: oversee upkeep, cataloguing and distribution to global partners and contribute assets for investor presentations.
- Prepare electronic materials such as design pin-ups, PowerPoint presentations and analytical spreadsheets for executive review.
- Track, compile and present reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders; prepare and distribute timely meeting recaps.
- Maintain the design studio and design library to a high standard, including material organization, supply management and general upkeep.
- Maintain and update departmental information systems, showroom data and store performance metrics.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on store and visual initiatives.
- Provide general team support including invoice processing and coordination of supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of professional administrative experience; experience within fashion, retail or visual merchandising preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator proficiency preferred.
- Ability to read architectural construction documents preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

1–3 years of professional administrative experience supporting senior leaders or department heads; prior exposure to retail, visual merchandising or creative operations is advantageous.
