Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor monthly visual merchandising execution in assigned stores, providing guidance and training to store teams whilst discussing commercial strategies with retail business partners
- Deliver administrative tasks for the District VM structure including monthly photo decks, store visit reports, and weekly feedback to the Regional Visual Manager
- Lead assigned projects and activities in partnership with internal departments (marketing, merchandising, buying) and external partners (department stores, suppliers)
- Host and lead monthly store walkthroughs in partnership with store management to identify visual and commercial opportunities
- Organize and deliver visual merchandising training to base stores and district teams on a regular basis, with both in-person and virtual delivery
- Plan and implement monthly floorsets in cooperation with base store managers, analyzing performance on a weekly basis and tailoring product placement to business needs
- Support District Managers with commercial product placement strategies using relevant business tools and reports
- Conduct regular joint visits with District Managers to identify key visual merchandising and product opportunities
- Support the planning and installation of seasonal market campaigns across European showrooms in collaboration with merchandising, buying, and planning functions
- Lead new store openings and relocations, managing both the planning phase and installation execution during handover
- Develop and tailor brand visual merchandising directives to local market requirements, ensuring market-specific approaches
- Deliver innovation projects focused on new display techniques for rollout at European and global levels
- Participate in weekly team conference calls with Senior Visual Management and quarterly business strategy meetings
- Attend annual visual merchandising summits and contribute to the development of visual merchandising training programs
- Identify emerging visual merchandising talent within the district to build a successor talent pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar District Visual Merchandiser role or managing visual merchandising in a flagship store
- Demonstrated experience working for trend-led, premium, fashion-focused businesses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, retail display techniques, and fixture management
- Proven ability to deliver training to store teams both physically and virtually
- Experience analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving actionable plans from data
- Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
