Role & Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to drive incremental sales, identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities through cross-functional partnerships
- Make timely business decisions and own both successes and operational opportunities
- Act as strategic liaison for corporate retail initiatives, ensuring field execution aligns with business objectives and championing these efforts in assigned territory
- Empower, develop, and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience within specialty retail
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail sales periods
