Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary digital analytics subject matter expert for all eCommerce and digital marketing reporting, workspaces, and analytic methodologies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, quarterly, and seasonal eCommerce KPIs and insights to identify visitor behavior patterns and improvement opportunities
  • Produce actionable analyses uncovering trends and patterns in visitor behavior, with recommended actions to drive engagement and improve conversion rates
  • Develop and maintain reporting requirements for existing and new functionality; collaborate with the Digital Data team to establish tagging strategy and advise on tagging requirements
  • Proactively monitor site performance through automated alerts and daily review of key performance indicators and critical site sections
  • Provide insights identifying friction points on the platform, quantify test value, and analyze the performance of all A/B testing initiatives
  • Educate and mentor business partners on Adobe Analytics capabilities, workspace functionality, and digital analytics best practices
  • Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class digital analytics team, cultivating a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, operational excellence, and strategic cross-functional partnership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analysis, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • 10 or more years of eCommerce analytics and digital strategy experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including Adobe Workspace
  • Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Proven experience with A/B testing platforms such as Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, or Optimizely
  • Strong quantitative analysis capabilities with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into compelling business narratives
  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing analytics teams
  • Strong organizational skills and creative problem-solving ability
