Role & Responsibilities
- Operate day-to-day management of EMEA ecommerce websites, tools and processes, with particular ownership of checkout performance, payment optimisation and revenue protection.
- Act as key cross-functional partner to customer service, warehouse operations, logistics, loss prevention, retail operations and ecommerce IT to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Plan and deliver key site activity and the operational roll-out of new omnichannel features (eg. collect-in-store, fulfilment), ensuring alignment and clear communication across business teams.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and act as the subject matter expert on ecommerce platforms, systems and the in‑store assisted‑selling app.
- Support project delivery including UAT, stakeholder launch activities and maintenance of omnichannel operations documentation.
- Produce and distribute ecommerce operations reports, analysing trends and using insights to investigate issues and recommend improvements across the end‑to‑end customer journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, omnichannel or consumer operations—preferably within fashion retail.
- Proven experience with multi‑lingual, multi‑currency ecommerce sites and omni‑channel initiatives (eg. collect in store, fulfilment).
- Demonstrated track record of managing ecommerce project launches, UAT participation and operational roll‑outs.
- Commercial acumen with P&L experience and an ability to prioritise activity to protect revenue.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years in a similar ecommerce or omnichannel operations role, ideally within fashion retail. Experience working across multi-lingual and multi-currency websites, participating in UAT and leading project roll-outs with cross-functional teams (customer service, logistics, loss prevention, retail operations and IT).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, ecommerce, digital marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
