Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day trading activities for EMEA digital commerce sites to drive growth and profitability, aligning on-site execution with commercial priorities.
- Support the Senior Manager, Digital Optimisation & Analysis in forecasting daily, weekly and monthly trading plans and communicate volumes and priorities with the Distribution Centre.
- Produce daily, weekly, seasonal and ad-hoc performance reports across core site KPIs and propose actionable insights to improve conversion and incremental sales.
- Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising to align product strategies, ranges and stock plans for key trading moments including promotions and sale events.
- Coordinate and distribute detailed product line lists for trading events, clearly defining inclusions and exclusions to enable flawless execution.
- Analyse product, category and range performance and provide data-led recommendations to optimise trading outcomes and commercial profitability.
- Review pricing strategies and promotional activity to protect margin and commercial targets.
- Support forecasting and reporting for the digital concessions business in partnership with the Digital Concessions Coordinator.
- Conduct weekly website audits to ensure correct merchandising, categorisation and high standards of on-site presentation.
- Help create and automate reporting workflows, become an expert user of key systems and deliver post-event and A/B test analyses with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Approximately 2 years' experience in international retail or ecommerce covering end-to-end planning, forecasting and digital/financial KPIs.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience translating data into commercial insights.
- Proven experience producing regular performance reporting and post-event analyses.
- Excellent communication, time-management and stakeholder-management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated ownership, problem-solving capability and eagerness to learn.

Around two years of international retail or ecommerce experience with responsibility for planning, forecasting and monitoring digital and financial KPIs across multi-market sites.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics or equivalent practical experience.
