Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute site merchandising plans and adjust strategies based on in-depth analysis of conversion rates, average order value, and other key performance indicators
  • Support execution of the e-commerce content calendar and trading strategies to ensure consistency and regional alignment across all EMEA digital storefronts
  • Produce daily, weekly, and ad-hoc performance reports against site metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive conversion and sales opportunities
  • Own and effectively manage all product upload and go-live activities for websites, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely and complete product availability
  • Create and maintain seasonal line lists and trackers to monitor and manage product activation and lifecycle across all EMEA sites
  • Coordinate with US partners to manage and ensure timely online availability of EU-only merchandise; communicate status and action plans to Buying and Senior Management
  • Ensure products are accurately categorized, properly attributed, and commercially presented to optimize customer experience; work with US counterparts on EU-specific requirements
  • Oversee optimization of on-site search functionality and support effectiveness of intelligent product recommendations such as cross-sells and upsells
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of seasonal refreshes and major sale launches, meeting all critical path deadlines
  • Complete weekly website reviews and audits to maintain the highest standards of excellence, consistency, and optimized performance across all sites and channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buying teams to align merchandising strategies with key category objectives
  • Foster effective collaboration with US web merchandising and EMEA web production teams to identify conversion-driving opportunities and share best practice
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination tasks, providing clear guidance and training to support team development
  • Support concession coordination as required, ensuring product loading and display on partner sites adhere to critical path timelines

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in an e-commerce site merchandising role, ideally within an international retail environment
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in extracting and utilizing data from web metrics tools, particularly Adobe Omniture
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing e-commerce toolsets such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Content Square, or Dynamic Yield
