Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CRM delivery across EMEA, including acquisition initiatives, lifecycle programmes and retention campaigns that drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
  • Plan, build and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other owned channels to support both e-commerce and store-led retention strategies.
  • Manage acquisition and data-capture initiatives (on-site, in-store and third-party leads), ensuring data accuracy, GDPR compliance and high data hygiene.
  • Implement and optimise automated lifecycle journeys—welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, inventory alerts and win-back—collaborating with Customer Analytics to apply behavioural insights.
  • Act as primary contact for the triggered email platform (Bluecore), set account priorities and grow internal platform capability.
  • Support vendor onboarding and integration of new data sources and technologies into CRM workflows, documenting processes and operational best practices.
  • Define and run A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns and journeys to optimise messaging, creative, timing and offers.
  • Monitor database health and campaign performance; produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and present findings to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot lifecycle automations and CRM processes, working with UAT and IT teams to triage and resolve production issues.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing or customer retention, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end CRM or lifecycle programmes, including campaign setup, testing and optimisation.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with an Email Service Provider (ESP) or marketing automation platform and experience with triggered/behavioural email tools (e.g., Bluecore).
  • Strong analytical capability: comfortable building reports, interpreting performance data and translating insights into prioritised actions.
  • Practical knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices, particularly as they relate to acquisition and in-store capture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor collaboration skills, with clear written and verbal communication.

Experience
