Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CRM reports, dashboards and analytics to monitor customer behaviour, campaign performance and key CRM KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze customer data within the CDP to identify segments, trends and opportunities to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, retail and merchandising partners to translate data insights into targeted CRM and loyalty initiatives.
- Support the KorsVIP loyalty programme: design enhancements, coordinate new feature rollouts and contribute to international expansion efforts.
- Assist in integration and validation of new CRM technologies and tools, ensuring accurate data flow and system functionality.
- Partner with MarTech and IT teams on sprint planning to prioritise and deliver CRM projects on schedule.
- Identify and drive improvements to CRM data quality and data-management processes.
- Work with regional stakeholders across North America, Asia and Europe to implement database-growth and customer acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM analysis, loyalty or retention marketing
- Proven proficiency with CRM and CDP platforms and data-analysis toolset (SQL, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent organisational skills and clear written/verbal communication
- Ability to work onsite in the New York City office three days per week

At least 2–3 years of professional experience in CRM analysis, loyalty programme support, or a closely related role, with exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and regional markets (North America, Asia, Europe).
