Role & Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and deliver divisional cost and margin reporting for senior leadership (VPs, SVPs).
- Compile, validate and manage detailed cost breakdowns and HTS data across RTW assortments.
- Develop analytical tools and reports to measure cost trends, savings and the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Product Development, Costing and Merchandising teams to capture up-to-date costing at each calendar milestone and manage time & action schedules.
- Communicate costing outcomes and implications to internal stakeholders including Design, Merchandising and Sales.
- Perform ad hoc cost and margin analyses to support business decisions.
- Oversee data entry and maintenance in PLM and RLM systems and review/track invoicing for seasonal sample requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements and standardization opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years of product development or costing experience, preferably in apparel/ready-to-wear.
- Proven ability to manage large data sets with exceptional numerical accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculated fields).
- Strong analytical and computation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure with competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality, strong work ethic, and effective time management.

5–7 years of Product Development or Costing experience, ideally within apparel/ready-to-wear, with a track record of managing costing systems and delivering executive-level reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
