Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day concession operations within the partner department store to deliver exemplary brand presentation and guest experience.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets through effective clienteling, promotions and merchandising initiatives.
- Recruit, train and coach concession staff; manage rosters, performance reviews and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and shrink-control procedures; coordinate stock transfers and cycle counts with the retail partner.
- Maintain accurate sales and operational reporting; analyse performance metrics and implement corrective action plans.
- Act as primary liaison with the department store partner, ensuring contractual obligations, display placement and joint marketing activities are executed smoothly.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a concession or boutique within the luxury or premium retail sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing P&L or sales performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail teams.
- Excellent clienteling and customer-service orientation; ability to cultivate and retain high-value clients.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and luxury brand presentation.
- Fluent Spanish and strong commercial English skills preferred.
