Michael Kors is hiring a Concession Store Manager in Las Palmas, Spain to lead concession sales, teams and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own P&L and deliver sales targets and KPIs for the concession within the host department store.
- Lead, coach and develop a retail team to drive exceptional client service and repeat business.
- Manage the commercial relationship with the department store partner, including allocations, space standards and promotional activity.
- Ensure brand presentation and visual merchandising standards are executed to corporate guidelines.
- Oversee stock control, inventories, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Recruit, schedule and administer performance reviews; maintain labour productivity aligned to sales.
- Implement product launches, marketing initiatives and clienteling programmes to grow wallet share.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for district management and corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, ideally managing a concession or shop-in-shop operation.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPI performance in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience recruiting and managing teams.
- Commercial mindset with experience in stock management, visual merchandising and basic P&L oversight.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to operate within the commercial constraints of a concession partnership.

Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role; prior concession or department-store experience strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree or diploma in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
