Michael Kors seeks a Part-Time Concession Sales Associate in Valencia, Spain to deliver exceptional luxury retail service at El Corte Inglés.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised luxury client experience consistent with Michael Kors brand standards at the El Corte Inglés concession.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and concession sales targets through proactive selling, styling advice and clienteling.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and men’s collections; recommend complementary pieces and upsell when appropriate.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation; ensure stock is replenished and displays reflect seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale and complete transactions accurately; follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM and follow-up communications where required.
  • Work collaboratively with concession and department colleagues to ensure seamless customer journeys and handovers.
