Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer service experience that drives conversion and repeat clientele on the department-store concession.
- Build and maintain a client book; proactively follow up with clients and develop long-term relationships through tailored clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and concession sales targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion rates.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure full client satisfaction and protect the brand image.
- Maintain concession visual and merchandising standards, accurately handle stock and support inventory processes.
- Work collaboratively with El Corte Inglés staff and the broader store team, adapting to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Comply with company policies including loss prevention, data protection and point-of-sale procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; concession or department-store experience is an advantage.
- Fluent Spanish and proficient English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork orientation, flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous retail or luxury sales experience on a concession or in a multi-brand environment is required; demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
