Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and converting client interactions into transactions.
- Proactively build and maintain a loyal client database through clienteling and follow-up activity.
- Support stock control, inventory processes and product replenishment to ensure optimal availability on the concession.
- Assist with product presentation and execute the company’s visual merchandising directives to uphold brand standards.
- Operate the concession to maintain store operational performance, including sales reporting and housekeeping tasks.
- Anticipate the concession’s needs and support managers in forecasting and daily prioritisation.
- Communicate and implement company policies and merchandising guidelines consistently across shifts.

- Proven experience in fashion retail or a related concession environment.
