Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Vilnius to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive brand loyalty through expert product knowledge and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain proactive client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to optimize store appearance and product availability
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Apply Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert, advising customers with passion and confidence
- Analyze business results and identify opportunities to drive sales growth
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and proven sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve collective results
- Technological proficiency with the ability to leverage technology to enhance sales and customer experience
- Local language proficiency (Lithuanian preferred) and effective communication skills
- Commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming experiences for all customers
Skills
Experience
Relevant sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, sales, or fashion-related training is a plus
Workplace
This position is based in Vilnius, Vilniaus Apskritis, Lithuania.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 14,500 to EUR 19,500 per annum.
