Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business, leading by example as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain active client communication and follow-up using clientelling apps and tools to optimise retention and sales.
- Sustain impeccable floor and stock presence, including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with store management to interpret business results and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
- Develop product expertise through Product Knowledge packs and translate technical knowledge into confident selling advice.
- Contribute to daily store operations and commercial objectives, including meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week (as specified in the role title).
- Previous sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment; demonstrated customer-facing performance.
- Fluency or strong proficiency in the local language (German) is preferable; effective verbal communication skills.
- High level of enthusiasm for fashion, strong team orientation and the ability to inspire colleagues.
- Technological literacy and the capacity to leverage retail technology (clientelling apps and tools) to drive customer experience.
