Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury apparel/accessories.
- Self-motivated, target-driven attitude with a proven ability to proactively develop client relationships.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable with retail technology and omnichannel sales tools; quick to adopt new systems.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury, premium, or specialty fashion environments and who demonstrate consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or vocational training in fashion, retail, or related fields preferred.
