Role & Responsibilities

- Execute proactive clientelling using all available client communication apps and CRM tools to grow and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain visual standards, floor presence and stock integrity to ensure a compelling boutique environment.
- Use product knowledge packs to advise customers confidently and convert sales.
- Collaborate closely with the store management team to interpret sales results, identify opportunities and achieve store KPIs.
- Operate POS and retail technology efficiently to complete transactions and update client records.
Qualifications
- Proven enthusiasm for fashion and prior retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate, motivate peers and work as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; local language proficiency preferred.
- Comfortable using retail technology and clientelling applications to enhance the customer experience.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
