Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, on-floor customer service to convert and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Act as a Michael Kors brand ambassador, modeling professionalism, integrity and inclusive service.
  • Use clientelling apps and tools to maintain proactive client communication and manage follow-ups.
  • Maintain prominent floor presence and manage stockroom inventory and replenishment.
  • Leverage Product Knowledge packs to confidently advise customers and upsell appropriately.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, identify sales opportunities and support initiatives to drive results.
  • Collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to achieve daily and seasonal targets.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for fashion and demonstrable experience in retail sales, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create inclusive customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, motivate colleagues and contribute to team performance.
  • Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling tools, CRM or mobile sales applications.
  • Local language proficiency preferred (Portuguese) and availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
