Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, high-touch in-store experience through proactive customer interaction and personalised styling.
- Process POS transactions accurately and maintain cash-handling and sales documentation.
- Support daily store operations including stock management, merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available digital and retail tools to convert and follow up on leads.
- Prioritise and multitask to achieve individual and store productivity targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation throughout the trading day.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to sell and provide excellent service in a retail environment.
- Self-starter mentality with a results-driven, entrepreneurial approach.
- Energetic, professional and brand-forward presence; strong personal styling sensibility.
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury or premium apparel/accessories. Experience using POS systems and contributing to omnichannel sales initiatives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal higher education not required for consideration.
